The Olive Tree House came into life from its owners’ love for quality slow food and their admiration for
Haarlem.
Seeking to provide our clients with a real Mediterranean experience, we have tried to find the best natural
produce available. Extra virgin olive oil, olives, and herbs from Greece, blended with the finest local
products meet the kitchen in order for the chefs to transform to real, slow food as if you were at home. To
further extend the experience of our clients we have also created a web shop through which our clients can
buy some of the products we use in our cooking such as extra virgin olive oil of the finest quality (acidity
<0.5), olives with herbs and spices, tapenades and other delicatessen products chosen from small farms
primarily from Greece)
